1. The horizontal silicone injection molding machine (резиновая формовочная пресса) adopts FIFO injection system, smooth&efficient feeding and easy cleaning.
2. Optimized feeding shot rod greatly reduces the rubber leakage and is convenient and fast for maintenance and rubber replacement.

Advantages of FIFO system:
The injection device designed based on the first-in first-out principle can give priority to the injection of the plasticized rubber material first, and the metal surface in contact with the rubber material has a good cleaning function, which can effectively avoid the premature vulcanization of the rubber material and improve the final product quality.
