1.Our "Rubber Strip Cutting Machine" is optimized in structure.With glass plates positioning in front makes the operation more secure. Feeding platform is made of stainless steel.
2.The blade of the machine is alloy inlaid high speed wear-resistant material, sharp and long life service.
3.PLC+HMI control. Rubber feeding is controlled by PLC and stepper motor,with mechanical-spring material press roller to make the rubber sheet feeding more accurate and smooth,improving the cut precision for the rubber strip.
Easy operation, operator just inputs the desired width in the computer,the right width strip will be cut continuously.During cutting process, you can freely adjust the width of cut material as per your actual need.
4.Our "Rubber Strip Cutting Machine" combines advanced automatic mechanical and electric integration system,it overcome the problem for the normal "strip cutting machine " whose transmission parts could be wore after long time use.
