This is a latest developed patented equipment (CDM-2201) Multifunctional Washer-Dryer is one of the surface quality improvement field equipment developed by our company in collaboration with scientific research institutions in China. Based on thorough of the scheme, the prototype has been confirmed and has been verified by multiple scientific research institutes and product production enterprises in practice. The equipment complies with GB 19517-2009 "National Electrical Equipment Safety Technical Specification Standards" and GB 30439-2015 "Industrial Automation Product Safety Requirements".
The equipment is controlled by a programmable logic controller (PLC). The main frame is made of stainless steel, which is welded and manufactured for its aesthetic and durable design, as well as its high precision control components, stable performance, reliable quality, and long service life. Typically, water usage for a cleaning operation is around 10L (varying for different products), which is more in line with environmental protection and energy-saving requirements compared to similar products on the market


Rubber and silicone cleaning scope:
It can clean off surface debris, dust particles, skin sticking, air-absorbed substances, surface oil and mud of products, as well as reduce static electricity, brighten products, and improve product glossiness and hand feel.
Plastic:It can clean oil stains, water port mold fine wire, static electricity generated by air absorption, etc.
Iron parts, iron parts, and new magnesium alloy parts:
It can clean oil stains, dirt, broken iron fragments, rust stains, and tooling burrs on the surface of the product


Application:
This machine can be used to clean (wash) rubber, silicone, plastic and other materials with product sizes ranging from 1mm~150mm. The cleaning drum (barrel) adopts the detachable mode. The default mesh hole diameter of the drum (barrel) is 5mm, and the user can customize the special hole size according to the product size. Applicable products for reference:


Simple operation instruction:

1. Put the products in the barrel, close the door and lock the handle.
2. Set Spraying Time of cleaning solution (agent), Time for high pressure water cleaning, rotation speed of barrel, air -drying time, and then push the "Start" button.
3. Waiting for the equipment to automatically clean and dry, then the green light is on, open the door, take out the products.
4. During the cleaning process, if you need to stop, press the "Stop" button, and then open the door; if you encounter an emergency, press the "Emergency Stop" button to stop the machine.
5. Due to the different characteristics of different products, the time or speed setting of different products could be different. Make sure to set the correct speed and time to achieve the best cleaning result.
