This is a developed patented equipment called Multi -functional Washing and Drying machine. It resolves the problems of low efficiency, long washing time, and water leakage everywhere used by traditional horizontal washing machine. And our washing machine is efficient, without any water overflow. It uses high -pressure water spraying for cleaning, and drying function is fitted, a whole set of workflows to complete the cleaning work at one time. There is no need to arrange workers to wait there, the equipment adopts the PLC programming control system, when the work is completed, it will be automatically stopped. Workers only need to feed the products and take out the products from the barrel.

Application:
This machine can be used to clean (wash) rubber, silicone, plastic and other materials with product sizes ranging from 1mm~150mm. The cleaning drum (barrel) adopts the detachable mode. The default mesh hole diameter of the drum (barrel) is 5mm, and the user can customize the special hole size according to the product size. Applicable products for reference:

Simple operation instruction:
Step 1 : spray the washing agent.
Step 2: Rub and clean the products.
Step 3: High-pressure water-spraying to wash the products.
Step 4: Spin away the water on the produts.
Step 5: Dry the products with hot air.
Step 6: During the hot air drying process, you can also spray silicone oil to make your product surface more glossy and improve the quality level of your products.
